Jason has worked in the security industry for 30 years, mostly for international video surveillance product manufacturers. After several years working in the custom integration and home automation market, Jason identified an opportunity to develop discreet security deterrents for high-end residential properties. This led to the creation of Device Smart. Jason has a particular interest in how technology can affect behavioural change, working closely with major end users to identify their pain points and develop effective solutions based on collaboration and end user input.
Device Smart was created to be agile in product development, fast to market, and consider value engineering from the outset. Jason wants to develop products that reflect his views on quality and longevity.
OEM / ODM
Device Smart created the Night Sabre product range, but another significant portion of its business is OEM and ODM product development for other major brands in the security industry. Our agile product development process leverages our experience and efficiency to bring products to market extremely fast with a very clear understanding of the client requirements and expectations on quality.
