Device Smart Ltd is pleased to announce the appointment of Carlos Becker as Business Development Engineer, a role in which he will oversee all aspects of customer care across the company’s product range, with a particular focus on the launch of its cutting-edge Direct Methanol Fuel Cell (DMFC) products.
Originally from Madrid, Carlos brings valuable international perspective and will play a key role in building new customer channels in Spanish-speaking markets. He graduated with honours in Aerospace Engineering from Bath University and joins Device Smart from Schneider Electric, where he worked in the Energy Management and Automation division.
Carlos’s new role combines his technical expertise with customer engagement responsibilities. He will be working closely with clients both in the UK and internationally, ensuring they receive technical support while also contributing to product development and customer-driven innovation.
